These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdvantageSEO platform and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account and eligibility

You must create an account to use most features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to store or process data you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.

3. Data and content

You retain ownership of any data, content or client information you upload or create using the Services. You grant us a limited licence to use that data solely to provide, operate and improve the Services for you.

4. Subscription and payments

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees are as described at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing by giving you reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

The AdvantageSEO platform, its design, code and branding are owned by Nat20 Marketing. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by us.

6. Confidentiality

If you are granted access to the platform on an invite-only or beta basis, you agree to keep confidential any non-public information about the Services and our roadmap that we share with you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
