3. Google data

When you connect Google services such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console, we access your data through Google's OAuth APIs with the permissions you explicitly grant. You control which properties and accounts are linked, and you can disconnect them at any time from your workspace settings.

How we access it: We read data via Google's official APIs using short-lived access tokens obtained through your consent. We do not ask for, store or reuse your Google password.

How we use it: We use Google data solely to produce the SEO reports, audits, roadmaps and metrics you generate inside AdvantageSEO. This includes analysing traffic, query performance, page speed and indexing status for the websites you manage.

How we store it: Imported Google data is stored in our secure cloud database, encrypted at rest, and kept only for as long as it is needed for the reports and history you have chosen to keep. Access is restricted to authenticated members of your workspace with the appropriate permissions.

How we share it: We do not sell or share Google data with unrelated third parties. It is visible only to you and the workspace members you authorise. It may be processed by our contracted hosting and security providers, but only under strict confidentiality and service agreements that limit use to operating AdvantageSEO.

4. Data sharing and third-party services

We may share data with trusted service providers who help us host, secure and operate the platform (for example, cloud infrastructure and analytics providers). These providers are contractually bound to use the data only for the services they provide to us.
